The Arizona Government Transformation Office was established in 2012 to deliver efficient and effective operations in the state of Arizona. This highly skilled team of professionals are committed to collaboration and coaching to sustain a culture of continuous improvement in the state of Arizona.
To support this mission, GTO partners with State agencies to develop problem-solvers and improve government services through continuous improvement and the application of our Arizona Management System (AMS). AMS is an intentional, results-driven approach for doing the work of state government so that every employee, at every level and with discipline, reflects daily on how they did, finds the waste and decides how to do better going forward with sustainable progress.
